Are you new to computers and intimidated by the thought of hooking everything up? What if something doesn’t work? We can come to your location and do it for you. If you are thinking of buying accessories from the big electronics superstores, let us clue you in on their little trick. They will give you a great price on a computer or printer, but the cables and other accessories are marked up almost triple. They will try to convince you to buy their premium printer cable for $35.00, but a $10.00 cable will serve you just as well. Don’t fall for buying the cheapest printer you can find. For a $89.00 flat fee we can hook everything up, load the current device drivers, set up your email and internet connection and test everything for proper operation. We can fix any brand of Personal Computer, (Dell, Compaq/HP, IBM, Gateway, and any other MS/Windows based computer). Problem diagnosis is free. If you choose to have repairs made, we will quote you a repair fee prior performing any work so you won’t be surprised by an unreasonable repair bill. We will perform service on-site (at your location) if parts are available and the repair can be completed within the minimum one hour on-site service change. Otherwise we will pick up your machine for service at our repair facility. After completing repairs, we will make an appointment to return your computer, reconnect all cables, external devices, and verify proper operation. If your problem is a simple one requiring only a half hour or less labor or a simple upgrade, the lesser of a flat fee or one half hour labor will be charged, Trip fees will apply for locations not within 15 miles of Bunker Hill Illinois.
